Clam & scallop shells work best. Scrub a large shell and a small shell clean. 

The small shell will act as the base for the larger one. Use crumpled newspaper to support the shells as you work, and make sure you don't glue the newspaper to the shells. Put a small amount of strong glue (epoxy or crazy) on both shells, press together. Let them rest inside the newspaper & you're done. 

You're soap is happier now because it lives in a seashell.
